I spent the afternoon fiddling around in Adobe Photoshop and wound up making a pretty nifty looking new header for the top of the page here. Take a look at it and let me know what you think.
It wasn't too complicated in the end, unlike how I thought it would be. I just did some pretty basic shadowing and lifting on the words, with a bit of bevel on the word "hippo" and then uploaded it to my account on blogger.
I did have to search for a little while to find a free font to use that had sort of a jungle feel to it because that was what I was looking for. Turns out, this font is actually the brand font from the Ninja Turtles cartoon. Cool, huh?
